Telephone, Natural Gas, Electricity, or Video/Cable Provider ComplaintsConsumers should first contact their provider to discuss their dispute. If a resolution cannot be reached, contact the Michigan Public Service Commission, MPSC, for help in dealing with the telephone, natural gas, electricity, or video/cable utility provider.
