7.1          Motion by Member Krone, supported by Member Haupt to approve petition ZBA 22-11 5722 Glen Creek /    addition to allow a 30-foot rear yard setback from the proposed sunroom addition rather than the required 35-foot setback.

A 5-foot setback from the sidewalk along Rolling Meadows. The shrubs can remain.

Fence subject to easement approvals.
