ZBA 21-09 7495 Fosdick Road – Accessory Structure Height to allow a 3 feet increase in accessory structure height above the maximum accessory structure height of 14 feet.

7.2        Motion by Member Krone, supported by Member Wall, to approve petition ZBA 21-10 

4950 S. State -Wacker Sign – Addition to allow a reduction of 9 feet from the required 15-foot setback from the road right-of-way for installation of a ground sign. This would leave 6’ feet from row setback distance.
