On September 25, 2019, the Pittsfield Charter Township Board of Trustees authorized the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Agreement with Waters Oak Valley, LLC to expend the $615,000 Michigan Department of Natural Resources Land Acquisition Grant for the purchase of a 3.98-acre parcel on the southwest corner of Waters Road and Oak Valley Drive.
