Longitudinal Customer Satisfaction Study

Since 2010, Pittsfield Township has partnered up with the University of Michigan to conduct a resident survey for the purpose of determining quality and efficiency of our services to you.

Our goal is to obtain relevant and meaningful feedback from the survey that can help us continue to set the Gold Standard in Public Service. The survey is administered bi-annually by student groups from the University of Michigan's Industrial & Operations Engineering program.

The 2019 survey yielded the highest response rate to date with 729 responses and the full reports from each of the surveys are available to review by clicking the links below.
