Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Cash, check, and credit (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) accepted.

4. After-Hours Drop Box Registration
Place your completed form and payment in a sealed envelope in the
24-hour drop box at the west entrance of 701 W. Ellsworth Road. 


  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing, fax or e-mail and received by the Parks & Recreation Department prior to the beginning of the second class of the program. All refunds are subject to a $5.00 administrative fee, plus proration for the class and supply cost. 
  • A 30-day notice is required for Day Trips. 
  • Day Camp Refunds: Must be requested in writing 14 days prior with a $10 administrative fee. 
  • Refunds or account credits will be issued if the program is cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department. 
  • Account credits expire after 1 year. 
  • No refunds or reductions in fees will be given for classes missed by participants, or late registrations. 
  • One Day/Special Events Refunds: Must be requested in writing 14 days prior with a $5 administrative fee. If fee of the One Day/Special Event is $10 or less no refunds will be given. 
  • League Sports - Refunds must be requested PRIOR to the registration deadline and you will receive the program fee minus a $5 administration fee. Refunds requested AFTER the registration deadline will receive the program fee less $25. 

If you pay with cash or check, a refund check will be mailed within 3-4 weeks. If you paid by credit/debit card you will receive a refund as described above minus the original convenience fee charged.


Cash, check, or credit* *Pittsfield Township Parks and Recreation will charge a convenience fee for all credit card payments. Credit cards will be charged 3% of the total purchase with a convenience fee minimum of $2.00. Visa, Mastercard and Discover will only be accepted.

Full Classes

If the program or class is full before your registration is received, we will refund your money.
