Motion by Commissioner Young, supported by Commissioner Ralph, to close the Public Hearing for CUP 23-01 and CSPA 23-01 Culture Marihuana.

8.1       CUP 23-01 and CSPA 23-01 Culture Marihuana 

             Consideration of a Conditional Use and Preliminary Site Plan

      552 State Circle (L-12-08-400-003)

 

Motion by Commissioner Williams, supported by Commissioner Kibler, to direct staff to draft the required Resolution of Approval for CUP 23-01 and CSPA 23-01 Culture Marihuana, with the following issues to be address prior to the Planning Commission considering the Resolution of Approval: 

 

  1. Applicant verify hours of operation - (9:00am-9:00pm).
  2. Confirm the use of concrete pads in rear of the building. Those should be removed, and area landscaped if not necessary. 
  3. Provide landscape plan demonstrating compliance with Section 13.02.
  4. Provide trash enclosure screening in accordance with Section 13.03.

       Consideration of a Preliminary Site Plan

Motion by Commissioner Williams, supported by Commissioner Jaffer, to approve the Preliminary Site Plan for CSPA 22-14 Health Care Durable Equipment with the following conditions to be submitted for Final Site Plan review:

 

  1. Provide wetland permit for review.
  2. Extend parking lot pavement to East to better accommodate fire truck maneuverability.
  3. Modify the landscape plan to demonstrate the landscaping requirements and the proposed plantings that fulfill each requirement. 
  4. Provide detail of the screening fence to be used for the ground-mounted generator as noted.
  5. Provide floor plans and elevations.
