Pittsfield Township Farmers Market Mission The mission of the Pittsfield Township Farmers Market is to strengthen and support local and regional food and agriculture businesses, increase healthy and wholesome food access, and promote community interaction. Market Selling RequirementsThe Market is open to Michigan grown, produced and handcrafted products within 100 miles of Washtenaw County. Distributors of Michigan made and produced products are subject to Market approval. Multi-level marketing companies do not meet the selling requirements.New VendorsAll interested new vendors should fill in the vendor inquiry form. Vendors are added to the Farmers Market based on products offered and Market need. This inquiry will be kept on hand for the current season.Community TableThe mission of the Pittsfield Township Farmers Market is to strengthen and support local and regional food and agricultural businesses, increase healthy and wholesome food access, and promote community interaction. Keeping in mind with our mission, the Community Table provides a platform for local non-profits organizations to share their stories, and educate the public on services offered in our community that relate to the mission of the Pittsfield Township Farmers Market. Review and fill in the Community Table Guidelines & Applicationand email the completed application to farmersmarket@pittsfield-mi.gov. Once your application is reviewed, Market staff will follow up with you via email.Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development Resources
