[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing - ZBA 21-03 - Zippy Auto Wash

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an electronic meeting of the Pittsfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals, located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

ZBA 21-03 Zippy Auto Wash requests a variance from Article 15.08.  The variance requested is for relief from the 15-foot required setback from the road right-of-way for installation of a ground sign.  The property is located at 3952 Bestech Drive, L-12-23-110-002, in Section 23, Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.

In compliance with PA 228 of 2020, the Pittsfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct its meeting electronically.  Public participation at the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be via teleconference and videoconference in order to reduce the risk of exposure to persons with the COVID-19 virus.

Further instructions on participating in public comment will be provided once the meeting has been called to order in order to ensure two-way communication between the Zoning Board of Appeals and members of the public.

Written comments will be received at until 3:00 p.m. the day of the hearing.
