Notice of Public Hearing - CUP 21-01 - 3180 Golfside Road Accessory Dwelling Unit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an electronic meeting of the Pittsfield Township Planning Commission, located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 6:30 PM.

At this meeting, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing, CUP #21-01 Cecil Accessory Dwelling Unit (3180 Golfside Road), to consider a request to construct an accessory dwelling unit at 3180 Golfside Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48197, tax parcel L-12-12-105-009 in Section 12, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.

In accordance with the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners’ declared State of Emergency, and in order to reduce the risk of exposure to persons with the COVID-19 virus, the Pittsfield Township Planning Commission will conduct its meeting electronically.

Written comments will be received at until 3:00 PM the day of the hearing.
