[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing - WP #21-03 - Morgan Estates

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an electronic meeting of the Pittsfield Township Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

At this meeting, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing, WP 21-03 Morgan Estates and consider the application for a Wetland Permit to consider a request to construct a multiple-family development containing 250 units within 16 buildings as part of a court modified development. The development will impact five (5) wetlands (C, D, F, G, and H) totaling 1.66-acres and 2.94 acres of required wetland buffer areas associated with Wetlands A through H.

The site is located at the northeast corner of Morgan and Platt Roads, tax parcel L-12-14-300-019 in Section 14, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.

In accordance with the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners’ declared State of Emergency, and in order to reduce the risk of exposure to persons with the COVID-19 virus, the Pittsfield Township Planning Commission will conduct its meeting electronically.

Further instructions on participating in public comment will be provided once the meeting has been called to order in order to ensure two-way communication between the Planning Commission and the members of the public. Written comments will be received at until 3:00 p.m. the day of the hearing.
